My colleagues and I have been building a successful estate planning, charitable planning, tax planning and asset protection practice in Canada since 1994. I also frequently speak at conferences, seminars and in continuing education sessions around the vision of “Forming Alliances” and “Planning for Life” within the estate planning industry, throughout Surrey and across the United States.
My passion for customized estate planning and proven strategies comes across powerfully as I inform audiences consisting of a variety of professions and backgrounds on methodologies, tools of the practice and encouraging clients’ informed decision-making.

I began my legal career in 1990, obtained certified public accountant (CPA) certification in British Columbia only in 1990, obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation in 1991 and in entertainment and media law in 2016. I am also the author and co-author of five books on estate planning.
